Powers/Abilities: Like all members of the Morituri, Burn's strength and endurance are superhuman. She is a pyrokinetic, able to generate fire and heat by thought alone.

History: Yoko Wantanabe was one of the last people to undergo the Morituri process prior to the end of the Horde war and the discovery of the cure for it's fatal side effects. She thus was lucky enough to be one of the handful of survivors of Strikeforce: Morituri. Along with her fellow survivors she faced attempts on her life by a conspiracy within the government who planned to use Morituri-enhanced assassins to stage a coup. Afterwards her friendship with teammate Scanner (Dan Baker) blossomed into romance, and the two were married. Yoko became a housewife, looking after their two children, while Dan became a private investigator. Their peaceful life was disrupted when, years later the VXX-199 aliens whose arrival had ended the Horde war revealed their own plans to harvest humanity. Along with her former teammates Burn fought against the VXX-199 plot, successfully thwarting it.
