History: Black Enchantress is the daughter of Doctor Arcane and his old foe, the extra-dimensional sorceress Ch'Andarra.

Soon after events in League of Champions #12, the Black Enchantress's arm was twisted by her father and she joined the team in order to provide them the mystical power they'd been missing.

Quote Andrea: "Ah, what the heck. If I'm gonna rule the world someday, I might as well start getting some practice dealing with all those other big magical threats."
