Some sites report the Falcon to be reporter Flash Calvert.
However, during the Falcon's one and only appearance in Pep Comics #1, the
Falcon comes to Flash's rescue when he is tied up by Slug Wickum's gang,
fights them in Flash's presence, and then frees Flash and hands him a confiscated
gun so Flash can keep them contained until the police arrive. So Flash is
the one person the Falcon cannot be. It is possible that the Falcon
ditched his costume and became the less flashy looking
Press Guardian, in which case he is
Perry Chase, playboy son of the Daily Express' publisher.
