History: An Austrian school teacher is forced to enter Hell to reclaim the soul of his dead wife. Along the way, his mind and body is prepared to become the embodiment of arcane science. Arcane is offered the gift of spiritual sight, at the cost of his right eye, and he is able to sense the frequency changes between spirits and the living. A true symbol of justice in Limbo between Heaven and Hell, he seeks to defend us from otherworldly spirits and demons. With his mystical Soulstaff to guide him, he has his own personal demons that both advise and confound him.
