Powers/Abilities:Alligator possessed a level of superhuman strength and durability, as evidenced by his throwing people around with ease and ripping up lampposts. His scaly skin likely makes him more durable than normal humans, and his jaws probably can deliver a lethal bite which is hard to break loose from. He was probably also a fast swimmer and likely amphibious.

Summary: In the 1970s Alligator was a sewer monster who became the reptilian member of the Astro City Irregulars, a band of superheroes who were formerly criminals or otherwise outcasts, who were brought together by disgraced hero Bravo to prove to themselves that they were heroes, even if the world thought otherwise.
