History: (Rated Lexx episode#4 "790") - Squeeze Pimmel lived on the planet B1B, a world in the Light Zone under the control of the Divine Order who worshiped His Divine Shadow. A "production-line girl," a hostess whose job it was to serve drinks to the Divine Clerics, she was strictly prohibited from engaging socially with the Clerics, but while serving two of them, an old fat man and younger handsome one, she felt one of them playing footsie with her under the table. Assuming (wrongly) that this was the younger man, Squeeze decided to take a chance and confronted the young Cleric when he was alone, then flashed him her breasts. Unfortunately for her, he immediately sounded an alarm and had her arrested. Sent to the Cluster for trial, Squeeze was found guilty of making inappropriate advances to a Cleric in the service of His Divine Shadow and exposing her body in public. She was sentenced to have her individual life terminated, but was shown "mercy" by being told that many of her vital organs, including parts of her brain, would live on as components used in the making of robotic drones - which meant she was still alive as they began to extract said organs. Her body parts were turned into a model 790 "robot" (actually a cyborg, since it had a brain consisting of both computer and human parts encased in a plastic and metal head, and set atop an otherwise human body) and, with no memory of his/her former life, was put to work operating the Lusticon, a machine used to convert criminals into Love Slaves. One of these was Zev Bellringer; 790 had just activated the Lusticon when an escaped Cluster Lizard entered the chamber and devoured 790's organic body. Intending to consume Zev too, it was decapitated when the Lusticon initiated the physical half of the Love Slave transforming, inadvertently adding Cluster Lizard DNA to Zev. Her strength thus increased, Zev was able to break free of her restraints before the Lusticon carried out the second stage of the process, mental conditioning intended to make Love Slaves madly infatuated with their masters. Instead Zev placed 790's head in the machine, and because he was thus conditioned to fall completely in love with the first person he saw, he became besotted with Zev.

The pair subsequently joined others in fleeing the Cluster and the Light Zone in a stolen living vessel, the Lexx. Barring Zev (later Xev), 790 disliked his fellow crew, seeing them as impediments to his relationship with his beloved. When he was subsequently broken and then repaired by Lexx crew member Kai, 790's mind was reset and his infatuation thus shifted towards Kai. He even got to the point where he allied with enemies of the Lexx in an attempt to eliminate Xev and Stanley so that he could have Kai to himself.

Comments: Created by Jeffrey Hirschfield and Lex Gigeroff. Voiced by Jeffrey Hirschfield; an unidentified actress portrayed Squeeze Pimmel.

With regards to pronouns - Squeeze was female, but 790 mostly referred to himself as male, hence the switch in the history. Despite looking like a human Squeeze would be an extraterrestrial from the perspective of Earthlings.

Is 790 the same person as Squeeze Pimmel, or a new entity since it only has part of her brain in combination with a computer? The answer appears to be the former, since when 790 briefly regains his memories he talks about Pimmel in the first person. And yes, I know what the German word Pimmel translates to in English. No need to tell me, and if you don't know, feel free to use an online translator to find out.

For nitpickers: I am aware that the image to the right is not 790 himself, but another robot of the same series. However, since I couldn't find a decent shot of 790 back when his body was intact, and since other robots of the series look identical anyway, it's good enough as a visual reference.
