Summary: In a world where North America was fractured into multiple nation states, Captain 4th & Main protected his neighborhood from criminals.

History: (Captain Confederacy II#2) - When top heroes from the nations of North America plus the other major world powers gathered in New Orleans, Louisiana Free State for a highly publicized n international conference, news stations interviewed numerous individuals to garner their opinions on the event. In Captain 4th & Main's case, he insisted that he was the best hero on his block, ensuring there were no international criminals in the drugstore while he was on patrol, and queried why he wasn't invited.

Comments: Created by Will Shetterly and Vince Stone.

Captain 4th & Main appeared in a single panel of the second Captain Confederacy series, so there's very little to say about him. He's presumably a self-professed superhero, as his costume looks home-made and his limited geographical interest suggests he's pretty much an amateur.
